These terms govern use of the Sets by Vii website and its appointment-booking services. By submitting or managing a booking, you agree to these terms.

Bookings

Provide accurate contact and appointment information. A displayed or submitted request is subject to availability and any confirmation shown by the website or sent by Sets by Vii. Quotes, service details and appointment timing may be updated when the requested design is reviewed.

Changes and cancellations

Use the booking-management page or contact Sets by Vii when you need to change or cancel an appointment. Available changes can depend on how close the appointment is. Repeated misuse, fraudulent activity or interference with the service may result in access being restricted.

Messages

When you provide a mobile number and continue, you consent to operational SMS messages related to verification, appointments, updates, quotes and reminders. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out where supported. Opting out may limit features that require phone verification or appointment messages.

Website availability

We work to keep booking information accurate and the service available, but maintenance, network failures and third-party outages can interrupt it. If website information conflicts with a direct written confirmation from Sets by Vii, contact us before relying on the appointment details.

Content

Only upload inspiration images and other content you have the right to provide. Uploaded content is used to understand and manage your appointment request. Do not upload unlawful, harmful or unrelated material.

Google Calendar administration

The private admin may connect a Google account for one-way appointment synchronization. Calendar entries are operational copies; the booking website remains the source of appointment availability and status. Changes made only in Google Calendar do not update the booking website.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated when the service changes. The effective date above identifies the current version.
